On February 6, 2027, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, we will host our 3rd annual For Sh*ts and Giggles event- a day designed specifically for rural and agricultural women to connect, grow, laugh and thrive together.
Last year, more than 100 women joined us. This year we are aiming to bring together 100+ women from across the region for a day that is equal parts meaningful, motivating, hilarious and a whole lot of fun.
WHAT DOES THE DAY LOOK LIKE?
Live podcast show. A behind-the-scenes, in-person version of the conversations women have come to love from Ag’s Most Okayest Farm Girls.
Farm Girl Mastermind. A chance for women to step away from the daily farm chaos, think about what they really want, set goals, dream bigger and learn from other women who get it.
Farm Girl Unfiltered Panel. Real conversations about burnout, pivoting, scaling back, asking for help and figuring out what success actually looks like to you. No polished answers. No pretending we have it all figured out.
Local Vendors and Small Businesses. A place to shop, connect discover new business and support women entrepreneurs.
Dinner, Drinks and Connection. Because sometimes the most valuable part of an event is simply sitting around a table with women who understand your life.
This event is about more than a fun day. It is about creating a room where a young woman in ag can meet someone who becomes her mentor. Where a woman who has been questioning her next step realizes she isn’t the only one. Where someone who feels isolated finds her people. Where women can leave with a new connection, a fresh idea, a little more confidence and the reminder that they don’t have to do it all alone.
Our goal has always been to make rural women feel seen, heard, encouraged and empowered to go after things they want- whether that’s growing the farm, starting a business, changing direction or finding more joy in everyday life. We want this event to be an extension of that mission.
